We ship internationally. Please see below for international shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Estimated delivery times are: UK: 2 - 3 working days. EU: 3 - 5 working days. US: 4 - 5 working days. International: 3 - 5 working days.

For customers outside of the UK, duties and taxes will be settled in your local country, with your local tax rate. Import duties of around 2.5% to 4% of the order value and a small admin charge will also need to be prepaid through the courier provider. You will be responsible for the payment of any import duties and taxes to the courier provider before delivery. For deliveries outside of the UK, the goods may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office if you want further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the order is destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.

All UK orders are  delivered in 2-3 working days. For hand engraved pieces please allow an extra 1 to 2 working days. We offer FREE UK standard delivery on all orders for £100 and over. Delivery is charged at £5 on orders up to £99.99.

All EU orders are delivered in 3-5 working days. For hand engraved pieces please allow an extra 1 to 2 working days. We offer FREE EU standard delivery on all orders of €150 and over. Delivery is charged at €10 on orders up to €149.99. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

All US & Canada orders are delivered in 3-5 working days. For hand engraved pieces please allow an extra 1 to 2 working days. We offer FREE USA & Canada standard delivery on all orders of $150 and over. Delivery is charged at $10 on orders up to $149.99. Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to country taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept returns for engraved pieces. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. Please email us prior to returning your goods. If you’re located outside the EU, when posting your return, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a “return shipment to origin”, to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 5-7 working days to credit your account.
