Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or refund items within 14 days of delivery. We regrettably do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, nor do we accept returns for engraved pieces. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returns. Please email us prior to returning your goods. If you’re located outside the EU, when posting your return, please mark on the outside of the parcel that this is a “return shipment to origin”, to ensure that the parcel is not held in customs.

Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 5 days of receipt. Your credit card company may take 5-7 working days to credit your account.
